We offer extension support services, training and capacity-building programs to our outgrower farmers, promoting the adoption of good agricultural practices and support them to improve the productivity, quality and sustainability of their crops. We encourage and guide farmers to adopt precision agriculture and climate-smart technologies, including drip irrigation systems, to boost production and productivity
We facilitate access to relevant technologies and innovations, including irrigation and precision agriculture technologies such as drip irrigation and fertigation systems linked to soil moisture meters, tensiometers, water flow meters and other tools and innovations that help to improve water-use efficiency and also assist farmers to access technologies for control of weeds, pests and diseases.
In collaboration with partners and relevant government agencies, we work with and support farmers to upscale farming as a business, transitioning from small-scale subsistence farming to market-oriented commercial farming. We guide them to follow Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and facilitate them to access technical information and advice and appropriate agro-inputs (including good planting materials, safe-to-use fertilizer and agrochemicals) at reasonable prices, for example through bulk purchase arrangements.
We facilitate access to high quality planting material (seeds, seedlings or cuttings) and good crop nutrition and protection products to help increase farm yields, productivity and profit, and reduce risks by supporting farmers to have control over where and when a product is needed most.
